These terms apply to use of this website. They do not replace any quote, work authorisation, repair order or service-specific agreement provided by the workshop.
1. Concept website
This site is currently a demonstration concept prepared for Nextech Auto Repairs. Content, functionality and legal terms must be confirmed before the site is treated as the official Nextech website.
2. Website information
Information on this site is general in nature. Service descriptions, opening hours, availability and other details may change. Contact the workshop if you need confirmation before relying on information for a booking or repair decision.
3. Booking requests
Submitting or preparing a booking request does not itself confirm an appointment. A booking is only confirmed when the workshop accepts the requested date or otherwise confirms the appointment with you.
4. Quotes, repairs and workshop services
Any quote, diagnosis, estimate, repair scope, parts approval, payment term, warranty or other workshop arrangement is governed by the terms provided for that particular job. Website Terms are not a substitute for those job-specific arrangements.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Website Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misuse forms, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful activity.
